CSI - Forensic Science for Schools - An Adventure
Do your students have what it takes to analyse forensic evidence and find the culprit of a crime. Come and find out by booking this Hollywood Style Interactive Adventure for your students, where you join our CSI team of Investigators to witness, recreate, re-enact and identify evidence at the scene of a crime.

Your students will get to be the investigator on site, participate in all the Forensic Investigation and stand a chance to solve the crime before the culprit leaves.
Forensic Science Incursion written with the National Curriculum of Science
This is not a workshop. We create the whole adventure, Bringing Hollywood's CSI-New York into your science class. Designed to arouse the natural curiosity of students, our CSI - Forensic Science Incursion entertains, educates and dramatises the real and not so real elements of Science and Forensic Science.

The Forensic Science CSI adventure is exceptionally appealing and captivating for every student, including adults and Teachers!.
Forensic Science School Incursion
Our CSI Forensic Science School Incursion has been mapped and scripted with ACARA National Curriculum in mind. Our Forensic Science Incursion Interactive Adventure meets the national outcomes of Primary Schools (this is not the full list):
  1. Science involves making predictions and describing patterns and relationships (ACSHE050)
  2. Safely use appropriate materials, tools or equipment to make and record observations, using formal measurements and digital technologies as appropriate (ACSIS066).
  3. Use a range of methods including tables and simple column graphs to represent data and to identify patterns and trends (ACSIS068).
  4. Scientific knowledge is used to inform personal and community decisions (ACSHE217).
  5. Selects and uses a range of equipment, computer-based technology, materials and other resources with developing skills to enhance investigation and design tasks (UTS2.9).
  6. Conducts investigations by observing, questioning, predicting, testing, collecting, recording and analysing data, and drawing conclusions (INVS2.7).
  7. Conducts their own investigations and makes judgements based on the results of observing, questioning, planning, predicting, testing, collecting, recording and analysing data, and drawing conclusions (INVS3.7).
  8. Evaluates, selects and uses a range of equipment, computer-based technology, materials and other resources to meet the requirements and constraints of investigation and design tasks (UTS3.9).
And because this Interactive Incursion is also adaptable and suitable for High School Students, it also meets the National Curriculum Outcomes for High Schools based on the Key Learning Areas of (Science Understanding, Science as a Humean Endeavor and Science Enquiry Skills). This is not the complete list that our CSI Forensic Science Adventure meets.
  1. Identifies questions and problems that can be investigated scientifically and make predictions based on scientific knowledge (ACSIS124).
  2. Recognises the differences between pure substances and mixture and investigates and uses a range of physical separation techniques (ACSSU113).
  3. Collaboratively and individually plans and conducts a range of investigation types (ACSIS125)
  4. Construct and use a range of representations, including graphs, keys and models to represent and analyse patterns or relationships, including using digital technologies as appropriate (ACSIS129).
  5. Change to an object's motion is caused by unbalanced forces acting on the object (ACSSU117).
  6. Reflect on the method used to investigate a question or solve a problem, including evaluating the quality of the data collected, and identify improvements to the method (ACSIS131).
  7. Advances in scientific understanding often rely on developments in technology and technological advances are often linked to scientific discoveries (ACSHE158).
Our Forensic Science Interactive Adventure is an incredible way to bring your students into the life of science. Travel Charges:
  1. There are no travel charges charged, regardless of the location.

  1. Program Guides are free of charge and provided 3-4 weeks before the event date.
